Meet Your Onboard Representatives

Your local committee of adjustment has a responsibility to address the grievances of its members. They must meet and resolve issues with the company officials. However, they can only handle a grievance if they receive written instructions from their divisions, except in urgent cases like dismissals or suspensions. After handling cases, a written report is submitted to the division for future reference. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the matter is forwarded to the GCA for further action.
